is established to promote academic inquiry and support scholarly advancement through the publication of high-quality research articles and academic articles. The journal serves as an academic platform for researchers, scholars, faculty members, and graduate students, with the purpose of strengthening teaching, learning, and research and encouraging the dissemination of knowledge that is relevant to contemporary society.

The journal publishes scholarly works in Political Science and related fields, with a broad and interdisciplinary scope that includes Public Administration, Educational Administration, Business Administration, Management, Liberal Arts, Sociology and Anthropology, Finance, Accounting and Banking, Tourism, and Logistics. To enhance national and international academic communication, the journal accepts manuscripts submitted in both Thai and English.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

An article processing charge of 6,000 Thai Baht (six thousand baht) per manuscript is required only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication (Accept).

Online Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system in order to be considered for publication. Authors are required to complete the submission process and provide all required information and supporting files in accordance with the journal’s instructions.

 

Peer Review Policy

The journal applies a rigorous peer-review process to ensure academic quality, integrity, and fairness. All manuscripts submitted for publication are evaluated by at least two qualified reviewers per manuscript under a double-blind peer review system, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are strictly concealed.

To prevent conflicts of interest and to maintain independence in the review process:

  • Manuscripts submitted by internal authors are reviewed by external reviewers who are not affiliated with the journal’s host unit or responsible organization.
  • Manuscripts submitted by external authors are reviewed by internal and/or external reviewers, as appropriate, who have relevant expertise and no conflicts of interest with the authors.

Reviewers are selected based on their academic expertise and independence. Final publication decisions are made by the Editorial Board based on reviewers’ recommendations, academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s aims and scope.
