Factors Relating to Social Welfare Needs of Disabled People in Nonthaburi Province

Abstract

          The purposes of this research are that to : 1) to study social welfare needs of the disable in Nonthaburi, and 2) to study the factors relating to social welfare needs of disable people in Nonthaburi province.The sample used    in this study disabled with the identification of people with disabilities at 20 years old. The results calculated by the formula of Taro Yamane by was using simple random sampling for 400 sampled values. The statistics used were analyzing for frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square (χ2), and pearson’s product moment correlation. The analyzed statistics were calculating by computer program called statistical package.

          The results showed that the respondents with an opinion on social factors the overall moderate when specifically considered that was moderated on all sides and opinions on the social welfare needs of the disabled in Nonthaburi overall and in the high level.

         The analysised of the relationship between personal status such as gender, age, education, occupation, marital status, and average income per month and type might be were of disabled with social welfare needs of disabled people in Nonthaburi province the relationship between the level of statistical significance. 05. The relationship between social factors and social welfare needs might be disabled in Nonthaburi to overview the relationship is relatively low. When will have been the considering it was found that the relationship will have been  relatively low five areas such as 1) education, 2) health, 3) the housing 4) work and earn, and 5) social service.
