Iddhipada Dharma and Organization Management

Abstract

           In the present changing social which reflects to the existing and important of the organization management. Organization management is to lead the organization according to the plan and efficiently. Therefore, the manager/administrator is the key element in directing the policy, controlling plan and assigning to the implementer. He/she needs to have knowledge and ability, understand the organization structure, assign task according to knowledge and ability, commanding and public relation in coordinating include controlling the management followed the plan.

          In this article, propose to practice the principle of Iddhipada Dharma which is the path of accomplishment or basis for success, consists of 1. Chanda(will or zeal or aspiration), 2. Viriya(energy or effort or exertion or perseverance), 3. Citta(thoughtfulness or active thought or dedication) and 4. Vimamsa(investigation or examination or reasoning or testing); to be the path in managing the organization efficiently and accomplish the set plan.
