Improvement for Aviation Standard of Royal Thai Air Force to Safety and International Aviation Standard

Abstract
This study aims to study the standard of the Thai Royal Air Force’s aviation standard in terms of its safety and to raise it to the international level. It is qualitative research. The researcher studied several related documents. It was found that the Thai Royal Air Force should issue some rules & regulations and a manual used for monitoring the Flight Standards Service (FS), Aviation Safety Inspectors (ASI), and Aviation Safety Technicians (AST). In addition, the Thai Royal Air Force should issue both the rules of issuing the military pilot license relating to the license of civil pilot and rules of standardized safety operation of the Thai Royal Air Force’s planes to raise the development the aviation missions similar to the international standard of aviation and to conform to the concepts of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
