Development of the Grass Broom Production Process Community Enterprise Women's Group Make a Broom Phragmites Ban Khok Si

Abstract

This research aims to 1) Study the production process of grass broom production and 2 Increase the efficiency of grass broom production, community enterprise, a Broom with Kham flowers Ban Khok Si women's broom-making group. 3 Reducing the cost of producing broom grass, a community enterprise, a group of women making a broom with Kham flowers, Ban Khok Si. Qualitative Research Model.

Summary of comparison results before and after improvement. Results of increasing productivity for 12 months. The number of production is a total of 2,880 sticks. The amount is 171,665 baht. The result, after improvement, increased the production number to 4,315 sticks.  The amount is 280,475 baht, and 1,442 differences occurred after improvements. The average accounted for 120.17 sticks. The difference amounted to 108,810 baht. The average amount is 7,772.92 baht and shows a comparison of the improvement of cost reduction in the production of grass broom, community enterprise, Ban Khok Si women's broom-making group 12 months. Before improving weight, 3,657.60 kg per year, transportation costs 128,016.00 baht annually. The result after the improvement, the weight was reduced to 2,736.00 kg per year.
