Abstract

         Research on Factors Affecting the Success of Online Tax Filing of Individuals in Don Mueang District Bangkok the objective was to study the factors of filing tax forms via internet. that has an effect on accuracy Data loss prevention, fraud reduction and cost reduction. by studying opinions of ordinary people in Don Mueang district Bangkok
         The sample group for this research is an individual in the Don Mueang area Bangkok, 400 people. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire. The statistical significance was at the 0.05 level. Data analysis by using percentage, mean, standard deviation. Analysis of the Pearson correlation coefficient. and multiple regression analysis
         The results of the research can be summarized as follows: (1) Internet tax filing Affecting the accuracy, accuracy, reducing errors, it was found that ordinary people in the Don Mueang area Bangkok Paying attention to the benefits of the system (2) filing tax returns via the Internet Affects the prevention of data loss. It was found that ordinary people in the Don Mueang area Bangkok Pay attention to the quality factor of information. and the benefits of the system (3) Filing tax forms via the Internet affects the reduction of corruption found that ordinary people in Don Mueang Bangkok Give importance to the quality-of-service factor. and the benefits of the system (4) Filing tax forms via the Internet effect on cost reduction found that ordinary people in Don Mueang Bangkok Pay attention to the utility factor of the system.
         The results of this research show that Individuals in Don Mueang area Bangkok Consider the quality of various aspects of the system as criteria for deciding to submit tax returns via the Internet. The results of the research are therefore useful for developing a more efficient system. create benefits and worth the most which promotes the e-government policy in another way as well.
