Factors Influencing Child Council Development for Strong Communities of Local Administrative Organizations in Chiang Mai Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) To study the level of development of the Children's Council for Strong Communities of local government organizations in Chiang Mai Province; Leadership of local administrative organization administrators Government policy Participation of the social sector and development promotion projects 2) To study the causal factors of the leadership of local administrative organization administrators. Government policy Participation of the social sector and promotion projects in development that influences the development of the Children's Council for Strong Communities of local government organizations in Chiang Mai Province 3) to study the guidelines for developing the Children's Council for Strong Communities of local government organizations in Chiang Mai Province This research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. Quantitative research has a sample group: Executives of local government organizations include provincial administrative organizations, municipalities, and sub-district administrative organizations. In Chiang Mai province, the sample size was 400 The sample size was determined using the criterion of 20 times the observed variable. Stratified random sampling Use questionnaires to collect data. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. for qualitative research Data were collected through in-depth interviews, including the president of the Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization and officials, the mayor of the municipality, the president of the subdistrict administrative organization, and representatives of the public sector, a total of 17 people, and analyzed the data using content analysis.
The results of the research found that 1) the important level of Development of children's councils of local administrative organizations. at the highest level, and the participation of the social sector Leadership of local administrative organization executives Promotion project in development and government policy All are important at a high level. 2) Government policy has the greatest overall causal influence on the development of Children's Councils for Strong Communities of local administrative organizations in Chiang Mai Province. and 3) Obtain guidelines for developing children's councils for strong communities of local government organizations in Chiang Mai Province It has the appearance of a chart consisting of Government policies that have the most overall influence It is the bottom pushing base. In addition, the success of the development of the Children's Council for Strong Communities of local administrative organizations in Chiang Mai Province Must consist of Right to survive and promote life Right to protection right to education and the right to use child labor The research results are useful for use as guidelines for improving the condition of children in local government organizations in Chiang Mai Province. and use it as a guideline for other local government organizations to use in developing children's councils to be more efficient.
