The Factors of the Ability to Integrate Marketing Communication, Human Resource Management, Customer Confidence, and the Success of Tele-sales Businesses in Thailand

Abstract

This research aimed to study the levels of the ability to integrate marketing communication, human resource management, customer confidence, and the success of tele-sales businesses in Thailand. The research was quantitative research using a survey method. The sample consisted of 300 entrepreneurs of tele-sales businesses in Thailand. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.979. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research findings revealed that the overall ability to integrate marketing communication was at a high level (X̄ = 3.74, S.D. = 0.70), human resource management was at a high level (X̄ = 3.71, S.D. = 0.65), customer confidence was at a high level (X̄ = 3.81, S.D. = 0.64), and the success of tele-sales businesses was at a high level (X̄ = 3.77, S.D. = 0.67). Keeping promises was the most prominent component in building customer confidence, while the financial aspect was prominent in the dimension of business success. Training was at a lower level than the other aspects of human resource management. The recommendation from the research is that entrepreneurs should develop employee training and skills together with integrating marketing communication and maintaining customer confidence in order to support business operations in all aspects.
