Abstract

A crucial part of social work administration and social welfare is supervision, which helps social workers complete their tasks in accordance with the goals and policies of the organization as well as the duties that have been delegated to them. The author of this article discusses how crucial supervision is to social work practice in the classroom. Supervisors in academic institutions and supervisors in fieldwork organizations are crucial in social work supervision. To facilitate the learning of social work practices, there must be policies, procedures, and mechanisms. Realizing the curriculum's goals will aid pupils in learning. The Faculty of Social Work and Social Welfare's examples of social work practices at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
