Tourists Satisfaction towards Tourist Attractions for Learning in Pathumthani Province

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were to study and to compare the satisfaction of the tourists towards tourist attractions for learning in Pathumthani Province based on the following variables: sex, age, and education level. The sample used in the study were selected by stratified random sampling consisting of 200 male and 200 female, in a total of 400 respondents. A self-administered questionnaire was developed to collect data. The statistical measures used in data analysis percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance. The results of the research were as follows: 1) The overall satisfaction towards tourist attractions for learning in Pathumthani Province was at a high level. When considered on each aspect, the level of satisfaction was high namely, the body of knowledge, the management and operation, personal, and place and facilities. 2) The tourists having different sex had no different satisfaction towards tourist attractions for learning in Pathumthani Province. However, it was found that different age and level of education had different satisfaction significantly at the 0.05 level.
