Roles and duties of article authors
1. Authors must be honest, moral, and ethical in their research, operations, and reporting of research results.

5. Authors must cite other people's works that appear in their work. Including writing the article correctly according to the specified format.
6. The author must specify the source of funding supporting this research. and identify conflicts of interest (if any)
7. In the event that the author breaks the agreement The journal will disable publication rights. and the journal will notify the organization to which the author belongs or the author, as the case may be.
Roles and duties of the editor
1. The editor is responsible for operating according to the journal's objectives, improving and developing it to meet international standards.
2. The editor has a duty to facilitate the author. Article evaluators, readers, and stakeholders
3. The editor is responsible for selecting articles to enter the quality assessment process for publication. It is important to consider the consistency of the content with the journal's policy.
4. During article evaluation Editors must not reveal author information. and the evaluator of the article to other unrelated persons.
5. Editors have a duty to check for plagiarism and the submission of articles that have been published elsewhere for reprinting. So that articles published in the journal do not plagiarize other people's work. and do not publish articles that have been published elsewhere.
6. If plagiarism of other people's work is detected. or bringing articles previously published in other journals to submit for publication. The editor will stop the article evaluation process. and if the article has already been published The editor will exercise the right to withdraw the article. and notify the agency to which the author belongs or the author, as the case may be.
7. The editor does not publish articles in the journal to prevent conflicts of interest.

Roles and duties of reviewers
1. Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of articles submitted for evaluation from other unrelated parties.
2. Reviewers must not have conflicts of interest with the authors or other reasons that prevent them from giving independent opinions. The article evaluator must notify the journal editor and reject the evaluation of the article.
3. Reviewers should evaluate articles in their area of expertise. Considering the quality of the article is important. Do not use personal opinions without supporting information as a criterion for judging articles.
