The Government determines the ten target industries (S-Curve) in the area of The Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). The first group is First S-Curve, the potential traditional industries. The second is New S-Curve, the new industries that apply innovation and technology. These are the causes to increasingly require the various skills workers in the area of The Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). However, the survey research revealed that there are some skills that cannot response the expectations of the enterprises such as business, organization, and communication skills that lead to “Gap Skill” or lack of skill workers. Observely, these skills are related to communication jobs that are communication discipline. Moreover, Communication Arts is interdisciplinary that has been applied with other disciplines such as marketing communication, business communication, corporate communication, advertising and public relations. The professional and potential communicator is worker who has opportunities, challenges, and skills that are required in labor market in the area of The Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).
