Abstract

Health communication through Social Media with NCDs based on Building health leads fixing health. The objective are to study the perception of NCDs according to the concept of "Building Repair" through social media networks of working people in Bangkok. And to study the behavior of caring for NCDs according to the concept of "build a repair" through social media networks of working people in Bangkok. With an integrated research methodology (Mixed-Methodology) by using in-depth interviews with people representing health-related organizations. Influential people on health communication in social media networks and use the questionnaire with Working people in Bangkok That has accounts using social media networks
The results of the research showed that A total of 396 working-age people in Bangkok are female, with 61.90% of them being 35-39 years of age, 38.10% Marital status, 60.40% and single 39.60%. The highest education level at the bachelor degree level is 70.50%, and working in private companies 53.50%, earn 30,001-40,000 baht 29.30%. NCDs are the most perceived through social media, Facebook, 90.05%, LINE 89.64%, YouTube 68.63%, Instagram 40.40% and Twitter 34.09%. Perception of NCDs from social media network exposure at a high level, averaging 4.25. When considering each aspect, all 3 aspects were at a high level. In descending order, namely, health promotion for disease prevention, NCDs, mean 4.44. Situation and characteristics of NCDs with mean values 4.26 and risk behaviors of NCDs with mean 4.11. Health care behavior modification according to concepts "Build a repair" to prevent NCDs disease in each aspect. Found that stress management Psychological development in relation to people. The majority of health care behaviors were at the highest level. With an average of 4.42, an average of 4.41 and 4.30 respectively. Shows that the behavioral adjustment of health care should pay attention to psychological in order to lead to physical changes. As for the food fitness most of the health care behaviors were at the high level of opinions, with an average of 3.85, an average of 3.81 and an average of 3.74 respectively. Show that Health care behaviors that most people perceive and interested to practice but there is still a lower level of opinions regarding the behavioral adjustment of health care in terms of mental health. NCDs perception of working age people in Bangkok through social media networks and behavioral levels according to concepts "Create, fix, repair" has a relationship.
