MAHAJANAKA: PUDALAY MAHAVIJJALAYA

Abstract

ABSTRACT

          This article has two objectives: 1) to study the establishment of Pudalay Mahavijjalaya, and 2) to honor His Majesty the King Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great. The study found that Mahajanaka established the Pudalay Mahavijjalaya to provide education which creates wisdom to the people. There are 3 areas of education: 1) academic, 2) moral, and 3) power and health.
