Abstract

The objective of this article is to present a new organizational management model that is suitable for the current new normal lifestyle. The holacracy modern business organization that is suitable for the new normal lifestyle has following important characteristics: 1)High decentralized organization. Employees are able to define their own work patterns and methods, which is consistent with social distancing that each employee can simplify the process of communicating face-to-face with others. 2) The duties, responsibilities and work processes. It is consistent with the guidelines for working outside the office, which is the same as online learning that reduces face-to-face contact. 3) Use of technology and innovation to assist management. It is consistent with online transaction guidelines to reduce travel and shared activities. 4) Social responsibility, good measure, transparent and verifiable. It is consistent with the guidelines strictly quarantined in a safe distance self-discipline and honesty, and 5) Good corporate culture and respect for each other. It is consistent with screening guidelines, wearing a mask, and washing hands frequently. The organization must create these responsibilities in a normal corporate culture and must act under a shared sense of social responsibility.
