The Development of Instructional Video on Thai Language Spell for Learning Disabilities Students

Abstract

The objective of this research was to develop an instructional video on Thai language spelling for students with learning disabilities to meet the E1/E2 = 90/90 efficiency criteria and to compare the pre-test and post-test scores of the learning from the video. The population were 6 students enrolled in Semester 2/2562 at Plangyao Chachoengsao District Watwangyen (Rutrachaprasathawittaya) School, Chachoengsao. 3 of them were selected by means of purposive sampling to be the research samples. The instruments used in this study included the instructional video on Thai language spelling, quality assessment for instructional video for experts to assess contents and educational technology, and pre-test and post-test. The statistics used in the analysis are average analysis, standard deviation, percentage, and t-test dependent samples. It was found that the development of instructional video on Thai language spelling for students with learning disabilities had 91.25/90.00 efficiency according to the fixed benchmark E1/E2. The post-test scores were significantly higher than the pre-test ones at the .05 statistic level.
