This article is intended to present a method for translating the financial statements into the same currency of the entity preparing and presenting the financial statements if the entity has foreign entity. The investor company has a duty to record investments under the equity method. And prepare consolidated financial statements to know the financial status and operating results of all companies in the group and is a guideline for proper compliance with Accounting Standard No. 21 regarding “The Effects of Changes in Foreign Exchange Rates”.
