บทคัดย่อ

This study aimed to investigate the current state of digital transformation among logistics service providers operating in the Northern Economic Corridor of Thailand toward logistics ecosystems development and to identify key technological, organizational, and environmental factors that influence innovation. A literature-based qualitative approach was employed to synthesize existing academic and industry data, culminating in a conceptual framework that connects digital maturity with logistics management innovation across three dimensions: process, technology, and service innovation. The findings indicated that while advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and cloud systems were being introduced, implementation remained inconsistent due to skill gaps, limited infrastructure, and financial constraints. The study concluded with policy recommendations to accelerate digital adoption and innovation toward logistics ecosystems development in the NEC region.
