Abstract
Effective integrated learning management requires cooperation from all involved parties to develop learners’ desirable characteristics. That is, it is important to improve personnel’s awareness of the essence of the integrated learning process, initiate teachers good attitude towards the signification of learning management as well as make them recognize any limitations of the learning management and find ways to solve those limitations, be creative and have a good management system. The teachers must be allowed to choose the integrated style that is suitable for their learners, subjects, expected outcomes, and proficiencies. There must be supervision to monitor and provide them with
information media and material are necessary for learning management including seeking cooperation and support from involved parties by emphasizing mainly on the learners.
