บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ: การเลื่อนการผ่าตัดแบบไม่เร่งด่วนจากความไม่พร้อมของผู้ป่วยเป็นปัญหาที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยและประสิทธิภาพของระบบการจัดการทรัพยากรในโรงพยาบาลการสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพด้วยเทคนิคการสื่อสารโดยใช้ SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation) เป็นวิธีการหนึ่งที่สามารถช่วยลดปัญหาดังกล่าวได้ โดยการพัฒนา SBAR ผ่านแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ด้วย Google Form โดยมี วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย: SBAR ผ่าน Google Form ต่อการลดการเลื่อนการผ่าตัดจากความไม่พร้อมของผู้ป่วย เพื่อประเมินความพร้อมของระบบการสื่อสารในโรงพยาบาล ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดผลภายหลัง (One-group post-test design) โดยเก็บข้อมูลในกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดแบบไม่เร่งด่วนจำนวน 73 รายในโรงพยาบาลกบินทร์บุรี ระหว่างเดือนสิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2567 ถึงเดือนตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2567 เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบฟอร์มการสื่อสารข้อมูลผู้ป่วยตามหลัก SBAR ผ่าน Google Form และแบบบันทึกข้อมูลผู้ป่วย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา เช่น การแจกแจงความถี่และค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัย: หลังการใช้ SBAR ผ่าน Google Form พบว่าผู้ป่วยทุกคนได้รับการผ่าตัดตามเวลาที่กำหนด โดยไม่มีการเลื่อนการผ่าตัดจากความไม่พร้อมของผู้ป่วย สรุป: การสื่อสารข้อมูลผู้ป่วยด้วยหลัก SBAR ผ่านระบบ Google Form ช่วยลดการเลื่อนผ่าตัดและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการเตรียมความพร้อมของผู้ป่วย ควรส่งเสริมให้มีการประยุกต์ใช้รูปแบบการสื่อสารนี้ในโรงพยาบาลอื่น เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการดูแลและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการผ่าตัด
