Abstract
This Article aimed to study. 1) to study the decision factors for purchase a condominium for working people in the Ekkamai area of Bangkok. 2) to compare the decision factors for purchase a condominium for working people in the Ekkamai area of Bangkok. Classified by personal. The sample groups used in the research include peoples of population groups living and working including those who are related to the area In the Ekkamai area of Bangkok. Collect data using questionnaires as a tool. The convenience sampling method was used to numbering 400 people. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, Standard Deviation, One-way ANOVA and comparing pairwise differences using LSD (Fisher's least-significant difference). The research results were found as 1) Decision on purchase a condominium for working people in the Ekkamai area of Bangkok. There are opinions on the decision in overall were at the high level, 2) The results of the hypothesis testing found that the personal factors of working people with different gender groups, age group, status group, education level group, occupation group and monthly income group have the decision statistically significant different at .01 level.
