Effectiveness of Strengthening the Developer Monks Under the Jurisdiction of The Buddhist Monk Administrative Organization, Region 15

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) To investigate the effectiveness of the strengthening the monk developers in the Monk juristion Area, Regin 15; 2) To determine the factors influencing the effectiveness of strengthening the monk developers in the Monk juristion Area, Region 15; and 3) To ascertain the methods of strengthening the monk developers in the juristion Area, Region 15. The study was qualitative in nature. 20 key informants comprised 20 monks including the following: Monk supervisory group; Operating Monk group; Buddhism Educational Institution group; Social Peace-Oriented, Monk Developers group, and Society and Human life Development-Oriented, Monk Developers group. All the collected data were analyzed by resorting to content analysis. The qualitative data analysis has shed light on the facts specified below.

1. On strengthening the monk developers, the conclusions were derived from 1) The publication of meditation practice dimension, recited and human life development dimension, social peace creation dimension, and education and grimace dimension 2) Buddhism principles. 3) Strategic service management. And 4. Technical knowledge on the strengthening of monks. 2. On the factors pertaining to the successful strengthening of monk developers, the findings were obtained from 1) knowledge and capability on insightful unclestanding and Buddhism practices, 2) good human relations, and 3) Skills and publication on insightful knowledge and Buddhism practices to perfection. 3. On some interesting conclusions, they comprised the following: 1) Sankaha Waltu Four principles; 2) Leadership and analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; 3) work achievement index; and 4) Organizational development.
