A Study of Service Marketing Mix of Nan College, Uttaradit Rajabhat University, According to the Perspectives of High School Studentsin Nan Province

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to 1) study the level of the perspective of High School Students in Nan province about the marketing service mix of Nan College, Uttaradit Rajabhat University. 2) to compare the level of the perspectives of the students in different educational programs about the marketing service mix of Nan College, Uttaradit Rajabhat University. This study was a quantitative method. The samples of the study were 378 students of 9 high schools in 7 districts of Nan province. The data collection in this study was carried out with the questionnaires. The statistics used for the data analysis were percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and deductive statistics.The study found that, of 378 students, 274 students (72.5%) were female, 104 students (27.5%) were male. 202 students (53.4%) were in science-mathematics program, 75 students (19.8%) were in arts program, 53 students (14.0%) were in language program, and 48 students (12.7%) were in other programs. The study also found that the perspective about the place of the marketing mix was at a very high level followed by the area of physical, evidence, people, process, price, and promotion respectively. In addition, in comparison of the marketing mix, it did not indicate the difference on the basis of the perspectives of the students in different educational programs, except the price
