Needs Assessment of Learning and Innovation Skills in the 21ST Century for Students of North Bangkok University

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the state and assess the needs assessment of learning and innovation skills in the 21st century for students of North Bangkok University. The quantitative sample consisted of 372 undergraduate students from North Bangkok University using questionnaires to collect data. The statistics used for data analysis are mean, standard deviation and analysis of needs assessment and prioritization of needs through Priority need index (PNI), qualitative sample groups consisting of 12 undergraduate students from North Bangkok University. Data were collected by an in-depth interview. Use content analysis : The results of the research revealed that: 1. With the condition of learning and innovation skills in the 21st century, students pay more attention to communication and collaboration. Followed by in the areas of creatively and innovation and critical thinking and problem solving respectively. 2. The need for learning and innovation skills in the 21st century, the most valuable aspects were critical thinking and problem solving. Followed by creatively and innovation and in communication and collaboration respectively.
