Performance Efficiency of Police Officers, Office of Police Strategy

Abstract

This research the objectives of this study are 1) to study the performance of police officers, Office of Police Strategy. 2) To study and compare the performance of police officers, the office of Police Strategy Classified by personal factors, and 3) to study the relationship between the working environment and the performance of police officers, the office of Police Strategy. The sample groups used in the study were: Police officers working in the Office of Police Strategy. Which consists of Police Strategic Directorate Strategic Division Crime Planning Division Security Planning Division, Research Division, and Special Affairs Planning Division, 357 people. Collect data using questionnaires. The statistics used in the analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t –test, F-test (One-Way Analysis of Variance), and analysis of the relationship between independent and dependent variables by using the correlation coefficient of Pearson. The results of the research were as follows: 1) The performance of the police officers, the office of Police Strategy found that the overall level was at a high level. When classified by item in order of the first two items with the highest average, it was found that the quality of work and the duration of work at a high level and the amount of work. 2) Comparison of the performance of police officers, the office of Police Strategy Classified by personal factors, it was found that police officers of the office of Police Strategy were gender, position level, age of government service. and average monthly income Different have different performance. and 3) the relationship between the working environment and the performance of police officers, Police strategy office found that the working environment had a relationship with the performance of police officers, the Police Strategy Office. Statistically significant at the 0.05 level
