Chahhaharacteristics of School Administrators Affecting the Administration of Schools Under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to investigate the characteristics of school administrators under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) to study the administration of schools under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office  2, 3) to study the relationship of characteristics of school administrators and school administration under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 4) to develop the forecasting equation of the relationship between characteristics of school administrators and school administration under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample consisted of 306 teachers. Data were collected from a 5-rating scale questionnaire with index of item objective congruence (IOC) values ​​between 0.80 – 1.00 and a reliability of 0.965. The results showed that:1) Overall characteristics of school administrators under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level. 2) Overall administration of schools under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level.3) Characteristics of school administrators was positively related with school administration under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 with a statistical significance level of 0.05. 4) Characteristics of educational institution administrators can jointly predict the administration of the school. it was statistically significant at the 0.05 level. Create a forecast equation on the regression coefficients in raw score and the regression coefficients in standard score follows as.  Y= 0.41 – 0.27 (X₄) + 0.95 (X₆)  Z =  -0.34 (Z₄) + 0.77 (Z₆)
