Transformational Leadership of School Administrators Affects Academic Administration on Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
Objectives of this research To study the level of transformational leadership of basic education school administrators. to study the level of academic administration of basic educational institutions. To study the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and academic administration of basic education institutions. and to create a forecasting equation between the transformational leadership of administrators on the academic administration of basic education institutions under Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya educational service area office 1. The sample group consisted of 338 teachers. Data were collected from a 5-level estimation questionnaire using statistics to analyze the data, namely mean, standard deviation. Pearson correlation coefficient Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results showed that The overall transformational leadership of school administrators was at the highest level. The overall academic administration of basic education institutions was at a high level. The transformational leadership of administrators and academic administration of basic education institutions was at a high level. There was a statistically significant positive correlation at the 0.05 level and transformational leadership of school administrators in 3 aspects: ideological influence Motivating and taking into account the individual were able to jointly predict the academic administration of educational institutes with a statistical significance at the 0.05 level. All 3 variables could explain 75% of the variation in academic school administration level.
