Creative Leadership of School Administrators Affecting the Effectiveness in School under Roi-Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study the level of creative leadership of school administrators, to study the level of the school effectiveness, to study the relationship between creative leadership of the school administrators and the school effectiveness and to formulate the predictive equation of creative leadership of school administrators on the school effectiveness under Roi-Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The samples group consisted of 335 teachers. Data were collected from a 5-level estimation questionnaire using statistics to analyze the data, namely mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that the overall 1. Creative leadership of the school administrators in the much level. 2. The overall school effectiveness was generally in the much level. 3. The relationship between creative leadership and the effectiveness of the schools found the positive correlations statistically significant at the 0.01 level. 4. Creative leadership of school administrators in 4 aspects: The super leadership, Leader of Team Learning, Creative Leadership and Achievement-Oriented Leadership were used to predict the effectiveness of school institutes with a statistical significance at the 0.01 level. All 4 variables could explain 62% of the variables in school effectiveness level.
