Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) To study the administrative conditions and practices of the student care and support system. 2) to study the components of the administration model of the student assistance system to excellence in school and 3) to study the components of A Model of Administration the Students’ Caring and Support System to Excellence in Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Rai and Phayao. by studying administration Support system for students of model schools The researcher designed the research as a mixed method (Mixed Method), which is both quantitative and quantitative. (Quantitative Research Method) and Qualitative (Qualitative Research Method). There were 174 informants The data collection tools were questionnaires using the Scan QR Code method, data analysis by content analysis and data analysis (content analysis). It was found that the questionnaires were checklist questions. The results of the research according to the 1st objective showed that the average performance level was 4.26, the standard deviation was 0.57-090. According to the second objective, it was found that the model consisted of 5 major components: (1) principles (2) objectives (3) processes (4) measurement and evaluation (5) success conditions. And according to objective number 3, it was found that the principles of educational institution administration with excellent practice and success There are principles and important factors that are government policies. Promoting educational institutions according to the school's policy educational area to develop students according to age Improving the quality of life of students To be holistically complete, including physical, intellectual, knowledge and ability. moral ethics
