Abstract
This research aimed to study the conditions and needs necessary to develop innovative leadership, to develop an innovative leadership model, and to confirm the innovative leadership development model. The sample group was the school director. supervisor teacher and the head teacher of the subject learning group elementary school Under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2, 300 people The instrument used for data collection was a semi-structured interview, questionnaires, and assessment forms, The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and PNI modified and Chi-Square.The research results indicate that 1. The status quo of innovative leadership of elementary school administrators, in general, was practiced at a moderate level. The ideal condition of innovative leadership of primary school administrators. in general, the conditions that should be in practice were at the highest level. and needs of innovative leadership of primary school administrators, overall, their needs were at a moderate level. 2. Innovative Leadership Model of Elementary School Administrators, there are 4 components as follows: Component 1 Creating a vision of innovation Component 2 Having faith and prestige Component 3 Having an innovation strategy and the Fourth component 4 Innovative Networking 3. Confirmation results of the innovative leadership model of elementary school administrators Under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2 after the trial is possible. and the statistically significant benefit at the .01 level.
