Work Safety Perceptions of Employees Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study (1) The level of perceptions in terms of safety at work of employees Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited and (2) To compare personal factors to employees' perceptions of safety at work Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited. This study used quantitative research. The samples were 400 Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited employees at Suvarnabhumi Airport by multistage random sampling. The instruments used were a questionnaire. Data analysis by Descriptive statistics and Content Analysis by analyzing the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The Statistics used for hypothesis testing were t-test, and F-test (One-way ANOVA) to compare the means of independent variables at the statistical significance level of 0.05. When the difference was found, then the pairwise comparison was performed by the LSD method. The results showed Work Safety Perceptions of Employees Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited. 1) The overall level of perceptions regarding safety at work of employees Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited was at the most. 2) The differences in the personal attributes of gender, age, work position, education, and work experience had Work Safety Perceptions of Employees Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited. Overall, each aspect was not different.
