Educational Quality Enhancement Model of Private Vocational Colleges in the Northeastern Region

Abstract
The objectives of this article are to 1) develop a model for the educational quality components of private vocational educational institutions in the Northeastern region 3) confirm the model of administrative factors that affect to the quality of education in educational institutions Private vocational education in the Northeastern region This research is a mixed method research consisting of quantitative research. (Quantitative Research) and Qualitative Research (Qualitative Research) together continuously. Mix and integrate research results. for the completeness and reliability of the research results. The population used in this research is administrators, deputy administrators, and teachers of private vocational educational institutions in the Northeastern region. The number of educational institutions is 189, the population is 945 people. The sample used in this research is 275 administrators, deputy administrators, and teachers of private vocational educational institutions in the Northeastern region. The researcher has set a random sample from the population used. Sample size by opening the table of Krejcie and Morgan and then using stratified random sampling (Stratified Random Sampling). Research results Research results according to objective 1 It was found that the educational quality model of vocational educational institutions The private sector in the Northeast has 5 components, including participatory management. Good strategic management Quality personnel development Focus on the quality of academic work and knowledge management for learning Results of research according to objective 2: results of confirmation of the educational quality model of educational institutions. Private vocational education in the Northeastern region found that educational quality patterns of educational institutions Private vocational education in the Northeast has 5 components and 19 factors.
