Desirable characteristics of modern tutoring school administrators

Abstract
This academic article aims to explain about the desired characteristics of modern tutoring school administrators by studying and analyzing on the basis of concepts, theories and research. The situation of the world today is progressing in many ways, but it is full of various problems happened that followed. Each problem is more complex than problems that occurred in the past. Therefore, modern tutoring school administrators need to have desirable characteristics which is ready to change the way of thinking, prepare to administer and manage school in a new way that is consistent with changes in the environment both inside and outside the school that may occur including (1) vision and being abreast of change (Vision) (2) knowledge in various sciences and arts (Knowledge) (3) skills in managing school that are flexible and different according to context and situations (Skills) (4) knowledge and ability to apply innovation and information technology (Apply) (5) creating a network of cooperation from outside organizations and listening to suggestions from the team, parents and students (Team Work) or call is VK-SAT to drive the school towards the goals of success that have been set. It covers the workload of tutoring schools in 6 areas: (1) academic administration (2) administrative and general (3) student affairs (4) building and environment (5) educational technology and innovation and (6) communication and marketing.
