The use of information technology in work and quality of work life that affect the work efficiency of Bangkok Bank employees in Khon Kaen Province

Abstract
This study aims to apply information technology to work as a digital bank that affects the quality of working life and work efficiency (a case study of Bangkok Bank employees in Khon Kaen Province). The study was conducted on “The application of information technology to work as a digital bank that affects the quality of working life and work efficiency (a case study of Bangkok Bank employees in Khon Kaen Province).” The results of the study found that Part 1, from the results of the study of the sample group of 100 surveyed, in terms of demographic data about the respondents, classified by gender, found that the majority were female. In terms of age, the majority were 31-40 years old. In terms of job positions, the most popular position was the center officer. Regarding length of employment, the most popular position was 6-10 years old. Part 2, in terms of quality of working life and marketing strategies, both aspects found that quality of working life had the highest overall score, with an average score of 4.24, ranked from highest to lowest as follows: Work-life balance Part 3, the use of information technology in work, both aspects found the highest overall score, with an average score of 4.18, ranked from highest to lowest as follows: Condition of facilities for use, Part 4, operational efficiency, both aspects were found to have the highest overall scores, with an average score of 4.27, respectively.
