The Development of Schools in Sanam Chai Khet Distristrict into Learning Organizations Under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the level of learning organization development of schools in Sanam Chai Khet District under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and (2) to compare the opinions of teachers and educational personnel regarding the learning organization development of schools in Sanam Chai Khet District, classified by gender, educational qualification, work experience, and school size. The sample consisted of 242 teachers and educational personnel from schools in Sanam Chai Khet District in the academic year 2024, selected through stratified random sampling. The research employed a five-point rating scale questionnaire. Statistical methods used for data analysis included frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-tests, and one-way analysis of variance. The research findings revealed that the overall level of learning organization development in schools in Sanam Chai Khet District, was high. The comparison of the opinions of teachers and educational personnel regarding learning organization development showed that: 2.1 Classified by gender, the overall opinions did not differ significantly. 2.2 Classified by educational qualification, the overall opinions did not differ significantly. 2.3 Classified by work experience, the overall opinions did not differ significantly. 2.4 Classified by school size, the overall opinions did not differ significantly
