Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารกับนักสื่อสารมวลชนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การปฏิบัติงานของนักสื่อสารมวลชนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ มีปัจจัยด้านระบบการศึกษาที่มีการออกแบบระบบการเรียนรวมไปถึงหลักสูตรการสอนอยู่บนฐานของเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารและปัจจัยด้านการพัฒนาทางเทคโนโลยีสารทนเทศและการสื่อสารมีบทบาทส่งเสริมการทางานของสื่อสารมวลชน การปรับตัวของนักสื่อสารมวลชนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ มีปัจจัยทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารส่งผลให้รูปแบบการใช้ชีวิตของผู้บริโภคข่าวสารเปลี่ยนไป องค์กรสื่อสารมวลชนจำเป็นต้องปรับตัวทางธุรกิจให้สอดคล้องกับเทคโนโลยีและสภาพแวดล้อมเพื่อหารายได้ให้องค์กร มาตรฐานนักสื่อสารมวลชนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ มีความจาเป็นอย่างยิ่งสาหรับการสร้างมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติของนักสื่อสารมวลชนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ มีปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจที่ส่งผลให้องค์กรต้องการมาตรฐานของนักสื่อสารมวลชนที่สูงขึ้น

The Impact Analysis of Information and Communication Technology with E-Journalists

The research study aims to look into the Information and Communication Technology Impact Analysis with e-Journalists. The major findings of this research are: The performance of e-Journalists is highly affected by the education system design and the curriculum that are based on Information and Communication Technology and by the development of Information and Communication Technology that support the role of media. The adaptation of e-Journalists is affected by information technology and communication, which cause changes to the consumers’ lifestyles. Mass media organizations need to adjust themselves in accordance of the technology and business environment in order to earn money for the organization. The standard of e-Journalist There is a critical need for standardization for the e-Journalists. There are also economical factors that make the organization require a higher standard from the journalists.
