Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the learning management model, its impacts and opinions on learning management in the New Normal covid-19 era, and the need for learning management in critical situations; 2) to develop a learning management model. Manage learning in Active Learning, online social networking system in the New Normal covid-19 era to promote the creativity of higher education learners; and 3) to study the effect of using an Active Learning model of learning management, and online social network system in the New Normal covid-19era to promote the creativity of higher education learners. This is experimental research. There was a sample group used in the experiment, including students studying for a bachelor's degree. Faculty of Education Pathumthani University. who registered for innovation and educational technology courses and the design of online lessons for the academic year 202, which were obtained by purposive sampling for 32 students using statistics used in the research, namely the mathematical mean; standard deviation, and t-test dependent analysis?

The results of the research found that

1.   The developed format has 6 components: 1) learning objectives 2) lesson content 3) active learning management activities 4) use of social networking technology 5) roles of learners and teachers teaching and 6) evaluation measurements There are 7 steps of learning management as follows: (1) learn lesson content and reflect on ideas (2) formulate problems or goals (3) brainstorm to find new ideas (4) collect data and summarize the patterns into a mind map (5) examine them together (6) creation of work; and (7) presentation and evaluation. The results of the evaluation of the appropriateness of the aforementioned model by an expert and an overview of the model the appropriateness was at a high level, at a mean of 4.31, a standard deviation of 0.33.2.   The sample group studied with an Active Learning model of learning management, and an online social network system in the New Normal covid-19 era to promote the creativity of higher education learners. They have higher creativity scores after school than before. with statistical significance at the .05 level, with a mean score of creativity before school was 206.81, a standard deviation of 68.06, and a score of creativity after school. had a mean score of 424.41, a standard deviation of 54.20.
