Abstract

The education management for children with special needs requires the collaboration between parents, instructors, and multidisciplinary who get involved in setting up the Individualized Education Program (IEP) compatible with the level of competence. Besides, these children are eligible to take the life-long learning to enhance their ability so well that they can stand on their own feet. Thus, the Regional Special Education Center 7, Phitsanulok, has developed the cooperation as the model of the network party administration to manage the education for children with special needs, PATTANAKARN D-D Model. This model contributes to screen children who are likely to have risk and disabilities of medical development, provide the primary help and service, prepare their attendance to the inclusive school both public and private sector, and get them ready to work with potential at the early-targeted workplaces. It is acknowledged that PATTANAKARN D-D Model can be functioned as the sustainable and concrete education management model for children with special needs in Phitsanulok.
