The objectives of this thesis are 1) to study the level of school administration according to the Sangahavatthus 4 in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat (SAE12). 2) to compare the administration of educational institutions according to the Sangahavatthus 4 in schools under the SAE12 according to the opinions of teachers classified by sex, level of education and work experience by collecting data from teachers in educational institutions under SAE12, Academic Year 2021 amount 335 students. Data were analyzed by a computer program. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and hypothesis testing (T-test , ANOVA.) The results of the research were as follows: 1) the level of educational institute administration according to Sankhahavatthu 4 in educational institutes under SAE12. Overall, it was at a high level. when considering side by side found that it was at a high level in all aspects; subject matter was at a high level first followed by Piyawaja and at a high level 2) From the comparison of educational institute administration according to the Sangahawatthu 4 principle in educational institutes by considering the general personal information, it was found that sex different different educational levels and different work experience There was no effect on the administration of educational institutions according to the Sangahawatthu 4 principle in educational institutions.
