Learning Managament in the 21st Century of Teacher Phrapariyattidhamma School , General Education Department Under The Office of The Phrapariyattidhamma Education Area Department of General Education Area 7

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to; 1) To study the condition of learning management in the 21^st century of Teachers at Phrapariyattidhamma School General Education Department Under The Office of The Phrapariyattidhamma Education Area Department of General Education Area 7 2) to compare the Learning Management in the 21^st Century of Teachers at Phrapariyattidhamma School General Education Department Under The Office of The Phrapariyattidhamma Education Area Department of General Education Area 7. The researcher collected the data from teachers at Phrapariyattidhamma school in general education department   totaling 139 persons by the questionnaire and analyzed the data by frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and One - way ANOVA. 3) to propose guidelines for developmenton learning management in the 21^st century of Teachers at Phrapariyattidhamma School General Education Department Under The Office of The Phrapariyattidhamma Education Area Department of General Education Area 7

 The research findings revealed as follows:

1. Learning management in the 21^st century of teachers at Phrapariyattidhamma school General Education Department Under The Office of The Phrapariyattidhamma Education Area Department of General Education Area 7 overall was in the high level. Considered each aspect found that there were 4 sides of the teachers at Phrapariyattidhamma school in general education department were in the high level; Life and Career Skills; Skills in working with others effectively, Basic skills of information technology and communication ICT and thinking, innovation and creativity.
2. The comparison of the Learning management in the 21^st century of teachers at Phrapariyattidhamma school General Education Department Under The Office of The Phrapariyattidhamma Education Area Department of General Education Area 7 classified by gender, age, education and work experience that the teachers at Phrapariyattidhamma school in general education department were in the different gender, age, education and work experience was not statistically significant different at 0.05.
3. To propose guidelines for developmenton learning management in the 21^st century of Teachers at Phrapariyattidhamma School General Education Department Under The Office of The Phrapariyattidhamma Education Area Department of General Education Area 7teachers must have knowledge Skills and Attitudes that is good for teaching by using technology and teaching learners to use technology including adapting the application for creative benefits Teachers must have the expertise or ability to use creative processes. By using imagination and transferring skills to create something unique. Teachers can apply creative thinking theory. Various creative techniques and new progressive ideas.
