PAPANIKADHAMMA INTEGRATION FOR IDEAL CHARACTERISTICS PROMOTION OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR IN SAMUTSAKORN PROVINCE

Abstract

This article was to study the mean of Papanikadhamma integration to promote the ideal characteristics of the Social Security Office Administrator in Samutsakorn Province. Methodology was the mixed methods: The quantitative research, data were collected from all officers and personnel, purposefully collected from the real amount of 131 people. The qualitative research, data were collected from 14 key informants, purposefully selected by in-depth-interviewing. Findings were relative with significant, by overall was at high level. Hypothesis testing was found that Papanikadhamma factor had positive relationship with the universal Dhammapipala principle to promote the ideal characteristic of the Social Security Office Administrator in Samutsakorn Province. Problems and obstacles were found that participation; along administrators were collaborated under office’s structure which sometime unintentional. Meanwhile, external participation was not covered though could be proceed. It resulted the Administrator of the Social Security Office in Samutsakorn Province tends to have ideal characteristic and leadership with Buddhadhamma supporting the more effective administration of the Social Security Office in Samut Sakorn Province.
