The Article was to study the development, comparison of the opinions, problems, obstacles, and suggestions for the potential development of Vipassana instructor monks in Prachuap Khiri Khan province. This mix-method research.
Found that he potential development of Vipassana instructor monks had an overall opinion at high level, the different personal factors had no different opinions, therefore reject the research hypothesis. Problems and obstacles were some Vipassana instructor monks are abbot, so they rarely have time, should should refrain from any personal activities during the Dhamma Instruction. Lack of some Vipassana instructor monks not have the academic qualifications of modern science, should should develop educational potential by study in Sangha university degree (Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Or Mahamakut Buddhist University)
