EFFECTIVENESS OF INFRASTRUCTURE PUBLIC SERVICE OF PAYOM SUB-DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, WANGNOI DISTRICT, PHRA NAKHON SRI AYUTTHAYA PROVINCE

Abstract

Objectives of this article were study and compare the people’s opinions level, obstacles and recommendations for the effectiveness of public service in the areas of infrastructure of Payom Sub- Administrative Organization, Wang Noi District Administrative Organization, Phra Nakornsri Ayutthaya Province. Mixed Methods research, quantitative and qualitative analysis. The findings were the overall opinions level was high level. The results of correlate coefficient between the effectiveness measurement criteria and the people aspect was at a high level. Therefore accept the research hypothesis. Problems, obstacles and recommendations were found that people seldom know the development and operation plan, Moreover, budget utilization was not appropriate. Therefore, the organization should inform the infrastructures development service plan to people acknowledge via website and social media to be up to date at all times.
