THE ADMINISTRATIVE COMPETENCIES OF PHETCHABUN PROVINCIAL OFFICE OF BUDDHISM

Objective of this research werw: 1. To study the level of opinion of the Sangha on the administrative performance of Phetchabun Provincial Buddhism Office and 2. To study the relationship between administrative performance and the administration of Phetchabun Provincial Buddhist Office. By implementing a research methodology.
The results of the research were as follows: 1. The opinion level of the monks towards the administrative competence of the Phetchabun Provincial Office of Buddhism. Overall, it is at the highest level ( = 4.60, S.D. = 0.207). It was at the highest level in all aspects. Moderately positive (R=.543**)
