THE FACTORS RELATED TO MOTIVATION OF STUDENTS FOR PHRAPARIYATTIDHAMMA STUDYING UNDER PALI SECTION IN AYUTTHAYA PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this article are to study general circumstance, the related factors and suggestions for motivation of students for Phrapariyattidhamma studying under Pali section in Ayutthaya province. The methodology is the mixed methods. The results showed that the level of students’ opinion on the management in overall was at high level. When considered each aspect, all aspects were at high level, except the teaching activity aspect was at the middle level. The factors of management according to the theory of POSDC related in high level to the motivation to Phrapariyattidhamma study under Pali Section in Ayutthaya Province with the significance level of 0.01. The problem was students in the same classroom who have differences of learning ability or ages have the inequality of learning. Suggestion was the Sangha administrators such as Sangha Provincial Governors should have the public relations policy to recruit student.
