Abstract

This academic article aimed to present the principles of Bhavana 4 and the promotion of the work of personnel in the New Normal Era. It was found that Buddhism is the principle of good behavior that one likes. If any person has a moral conscience or follow the principles of the Buddhadharma, there will be virtue and ethics carried with them as behaviors. Each person only has a mission to do can apply the integration of Buddhist ethics to promote performance it consists of body meditation, which is self-care. Physically, one knows how to apply Sila meditation is to take care of yourself in relation to others. such as cleanliness and social responsibility. Body Bhavana is having a supportive relationship with the physical environment. For Cleanliness is socially responsible., And Wisdom is thoughts, understanding and insight into the truth. For example, constantly seeking knowledge to increase wisdom for oneself.
