The results of the study were found that professional learning exchange community was a learning process from the practice of a group of people who came together to work and learn from each other. It is a good opportunity for teachers and educators to have new ideas for regular and consistent development from suggestions between colleagues to improve the co-learning process to be more effective. By applying the 4 Sangahavattha principles, consisting of Dana,giving, Piyavaja, sweet words, Atthachariya, useful action, and Samanattatta, proper behavior, to strengthen motivation and increase efficiency for personnel to have quality, morality, ethics and quality of life. And there is balance between life and work to achieve organizational results which directly affected sustainable efficiency
