GOOD MANAGEMENT ACCORDING TO BUDDHIST PRINCIPLES OF JAPANESE COMPANIES IN THAILAND

Abstract

This academic article presents good administration according to Buddhist principles that affect the administration. The process of planning, organizing, directing and using other resources to achieve the goals as it faces the fundamental transformation of the economy, industry, trade in services to move towards a global economy. Therefore, adopting the principles of Buddhadharma Itthipada 4 or the teachings of the Lord Buddha as a process to promote management to have higher efficiency and effectiveness and can be applied to the Good Governance with Deming circle; PDCA:  Plan - Do - Check - Act of Japanese companies in Thailand. Good management is not only developed according to the basic management factors of the organization. The performance of personnel will make the management and operations more efficiency and productivity including good results. This creates an impetus for a serious and sustainable change in the way of working and the culture of work.
