Abstract

This academic article aimed to present the promotion of village fund administration which could be linked to operations, roles, missions, visions, basic philosophy of village funds which required the cooperation of members of the organization or agency The main goal is to manage the village fund for efficiency and effectiveness. To build a good relationship between members in the organization. To support progress and encourage members to develop themselves which will lead to the development of the organization or fund to achieve the intended objectives. In this regard, the organization's leader must set clear and accurate working guidelines for the members in order to operate in the same direction.

The key practice guidelines are Education support, planning, development, training, teamwork and creating a good culture of coexistence, good understanding, helping each other. This was an important part for promoting the administration and operation of the Village Fund. and to integrate with the Buddha-dharma principles, namely the Bala 4 principles, consisting of Panya-Bala, Viriya-Bala, Anavajjabala, and Sanghaha-balala, for the management and operations of members to achieve the organization's goals. By applying this principle as a tool to increase operational efficiency, it would be able to analyze the situation, environment, various problems for solution. The work of the members were diligent, honesty, responsibility, sacrifice, perseverance, patience that led to the creation of new knowledge in operation.
