When applying moral governance and transparency principles to the organization, people in the organization can be aware of knowledge that is accurate and righteous. Work is performed on the basis of accuracy. The principle is a testament to the organization. To operate, it is "encouraging moral awareness" to guarantee that this organization is managed with good moral principles and also "emphasizes transparency" so that outsiders can properly understand the context of the organization. Because transparent operation is at the heart of the organization, it creates a "far-reaching pattern of action" to stand that this organization can serve as a model for other organizations. It can behave as a role model correctly and, more importantly, "have confidence in the principles", which ensures that the principles of good governance, both morality and transparency, can be implemented in a better direction.
